Why we're a perfect fit

Why Lovable needs me

Shipping
I can build things
Unique approaches
I try to be unique in a lot of things, experimenting with designs and not-fully-supported features before most people know about them
AI thinking
I care deeply about AI, and I moved my current company into agentic workflows when no one was using it there
Experience
I have experience leading teams and impacting development and business decisions
Versatility and learning
I can go really deep in both databases and UX, and I learn something new every day through videos, posts, or my open source work
Team
I care about the people I work with. I'm currently leading a team and finding more happiness in helping others achieve our common goals rather than personal ones

Why I want to be part of Lovable

Team
I've been following the company's success, and from the outside, the team looks fantastic. I specifically like when people who work at Lovable share the features they build from their personal accounts, showing a great level of passion and accountability
Product and community
I care deeply about UI/UX and want to help architect the websites of the future, building for builders so people with different levels of knowledge can create their dream projects
Lovable ideas

Some ideas to make Lovable more lovable for builders.

Make designing easy for users@Lovable can greatly benefit if you make ๐™ณ๐™ด๐š‚๐™ธ๐™ถ๐™ฝ.๐š–๐š easy for users. When users see something they like, they continue interacting with the product โ€” but most non-technical users donโ€™t know this format exists. You can already supply a DESIGN.md file and AI will match the styles to it, yet thatโ€™s mostly for technical users. For less technical users it would be fun to have either/both: โ€ข Before starting a project, learn what designs the user likes โ€” like how @netflix asks you to pick movies or genres, then adapt new projects to their taste. โ€ข Alongside a project, create real presets (not just dark/light), similar to @shadcn. You already use shadcn, so it should be easy. A win-win: the user gets something they already visually like from one prompt, and Lovable keeps them engaged and building.
Small change to date logicOne more enhancement we can bring: donโ€™t rely on the modelโ€™s perception of the current time. Instead, update the system prompt to always use the actual client date, or create a small skill that teaches the model to never use perceived time in code - only the real time.

Let's build something
